All of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You will be reimbursement for return shipping. 

Shipping Times: 1-4 weeks for our One-Of-A-Kind art products.

Please contact us to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

* To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. * Idealy it will still have the original packaging, but not needed. 

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

* Any item that has been worn or used or is not in new/orignial  condition.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts:

If the item was defective a refund will be issued to the original payment source. ie: the credit card the item was purchased with.

We will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return/exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Delivery times are 5 - 30 days to receive an item as each item is made just for you after your purchase depending on where it is made. Most of our products are made in USA!

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
